Reporting to the Vice President of Enrollment Management and Chief Enrollment Officer, the position of University Registrar provides leadership and manages the Office of the Registrar responsible in serving the enrollment and academic needs of our OU students. We are currently looking for a new team member on our Norman Campus to serve as Registrar. The University Registrar plays a proactive and strategic role in assisting in policy development in close collaboration with the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education. This includes serving in an advisory role to the Council on Instruction, academic colleges, and other departments within the Division of Enrollment Management and campus-wide including our Health Sciences Center in OKC, to ensure that administrative policies and procedures work efficiently and effectively. The University Registrar provides strategic planning, direction, and management for a staff of approximately 22 individuals on the Norman Campus.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree for a total of 84 months related experience.
