Job Summary:

The Director, Client Engagement serves as the voice of the client to Veradigm and the voice of Veradigm to the client. The Director, Client Engagement seeks to ensure robust adoption of solutions, builds and fosters relationships with clients while driving engagement, retention, and growth. The Director promotes client retention and overall client satisfaction. Understands the technical side of projects and provides insight and tips on how-to Product features, troubleshoots client issues, and provides resolution. To accomplish these goals, the Director partners with our clients and internal Veradigm stakeholders to ensure remarkable client experiences with our products and services through a combination of strategic roadmap planning and tactical execution of actions necessary to support operations. The Director is responsible for reviewing client financial and business objectives, creating actions to support them, and reporting progress on Key Performance Indicators. Tactically, these actions may include ongoing monthly operational reviews, creating and publishing reports, pursuing escalated support and services actions, aiding resolve outstanding A/R issues, and supporting sales activities to further the expansion of the Veradigm solutions footprint.

What you will contribute:

  • Serves as a supportive operational point of contact with the client to ensure an extraordinary experience with Veradigm products and services
  • Pre-sales brand analysis and Veradigm data analysis
  • Manage clients Activate (get them live), Support (give them help), Adopt (get the renewal). Serve as information conductor through the sales, implementation, and maintenance phases of the contract. Liaise with AdOps for campaign management and sales for campaign performance and support.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in EHR, Digital Health Media, Programmatic Advertising, Agencies and BipPharma stakeholders.
  • Identifies opportunities for and ensures execution of solution optimizations, workflow best practices, educational opportunities, etc.; Monitor and share observations regarding client interaction and management
  • Identifies and grows reference accounts, including sharing client success stories and outcomes improvements
  • Drives client prioritization with escalated issues in support

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelors degree in business and/or healthcare field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a healthcare or agency setting
  • Project management and organizational skills such as: the ability to manage multiple time sensitive projects simultaneously; strong attention to detail and focus on task completion; internal and external stakeholder management
  • Ability to embrace changing organizational needs, shifting priorities, and evolving role responsibilities
  • Strong written, oral communication skills to effectively convey messages to cross disciplinary teams
  • Demonstrated ability to present to an audience
  • Client service orientated with the ability to build relationships with diverse constituents
  • Demonstrated ability to self-initiate, advancing work with minimal direction
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools & techniques, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence

Travel:
