Job Details:



SUMMARY: This position is responsible for working in close collaboration with the Energy team in providing support and information to both internal and external stakeholders including buyers, accountants, business unit leaders, plant management and executives. Duties include daily and monthly management of Endur system and reporting, invoicing, and analytics for electricity, natural gas, diesel, and propane. This position requires the ability to work within a team and through others outside the team to accomplish tasks. The ability to multi-task across multiple businesses both internally and externally to Tyson Foods Inc is a must.


Responsibilities include: Implement and maintain Endur system management; manage reporting, invoicing, and analytics for electricity, natural gas, diesel, and propane; assist on special projects such as renewables, AOP, and process improvements; daily site monitoring; reporting on performance vs market; management of under and overtake charges for 130+ facilities; compiling data for monthly estimates; and data analysis for accounts, usages, and procurement.


REQUIREMENTS:



Education: Knowledge and techniques normally acquired through four years of college leading to a Bachelor s degree or equivalent.



Experience: 1 plus years experience in the food or agriculture industry required.



Computer Skills: Strong computer skills required: expertise in Microsoft Suite a must; Knowledge of purchasing programs such as SAP and Endur preferred.



Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to speak well in groups and publicly a plus.



Special Skills: research minded financial acumen; knowledge of commodity markets; ability to prioritize tasks; understand the needs of key stakeholders and the ability to relay those needs to various groups.



Supervisory: None.



Travel: Limited travel required.
