Quality Inspector Lead (Bilingual) DIRECT HIRE $22-$28 Braintree, MA




Pay rate: $22- $28 an hour.



Schedule: 2nd shift- 2 pm start (1-2 hours of Overtime daily)


This individual oversees daily inspections and monitoring of the facility, personnel, operations, and products to ensure alignment with both company and government sanitation and food safety standards.



Responsibilities:

* Conduct analytical and organoleptic assessments of fresh and frozen seafood to ensure adherence to specifications.
* Maintain records related to food safety and quality for regulatory and internal purposes.
* Monitor facility, production lines, and staff to ensure compliance with sanitation standards and GMP.
* Aid in the implementation of company food safety initiatives, such as BRC, USDC HACCP, and FDA GMPs.



Requirements:

* Experience in the food industry, in any capacity
* Preferred experience with FDA or GMP regulations, though not mandatory
* Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
* Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs
