Ultimate Staffing is seeking experienced customer service professionals to work as Production Analysts for a client in North Houston.
The general duties of a Production Analyst will assist in preparing files and classifies records. This position is also responsible for retrieving/referencing information for customers and conducting computer searches to provide status of information.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Proofreading and comparing information in transcripts with multiple points of data.
Quality checks all documents, entries, and legal paperwork
Review information in system and provided by resources to accurately fulfill orders.
Format and finalize transcripts to create an official court record of proceedings
Scan, verify and upload of documents into databases
Perform other duties as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1-year experience with equivalent work history.

High school diploma or equivalent required

Litigation support (record retrieval) experience is a plus.
