The Role:

Our ground-breaking Product team is seeking a passionate, forward-thinking Product Owner to define and drive the execution of our artificial intelligence portfolio - specifically focused on how we can enable Moody's Ratings objectives and the Technology organization with the use of AI. In this role, you will serve as a Product visionary, thinking big to develop innovative solutions which continually challenge the status quo. You will serve as a change advocate, driving a user-centric view with powerful experiences that delight our customers. In this role, you will also strengthen our channels of communication and uphold our principles of transparency and partnership while engaging with the business, technology, operations, and commercial teams to translate strategy into roadmaps, actionable goals and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:


  • Define and communicate the product and portfolio vision and strategy.

  • Establish strong and collaborative relationships with business partners across the organization to identify new opportunities and brainstorm solutions.

  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to various levels of maturation.

  • Identify opportunities to automate, innovate and leverage technology and reduce failure points in the product.

  • Identify and mitigate risk and ensure controls are in place throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Drive a culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.

Qualifications:


  • Strong understanding of AI application across the industry and familiarity with industry trends and technology innovations.

  • Recent practical experience working with AI concepts, including Large Language Models, and relevant third party providers.

  • Bachelor's degree required and advanced degree preferred. Minimum of Ten (10) years of relevant experience.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills blending humility and confidence, including significant experience presenting cross-functionally and across all levels.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing high performing teams as a servant leader.

  • Technical understanding and acumen, experience with data sharing technologies and capabilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate team members, drive consensus and change management, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is [[$148,100 - [[$214,700, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody's also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
