Summary/Objectives


The Distributor Support Center Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of projects designed by and agreed upon between the Regional Director and the Distributor and aligned with the coordination of the Distributor Support Center Team Leader to ensure the utmost in client satisfaction. The Distributor Support Center Specialist uses and administers all Technical Applications to enable the execution of projects aiming to grow the business. Detail-orientation, effective time management, openness to learning, and professional communication are all necessary characteristics for a successful Distributor Support Center Specialist. Global mindset, positive attitude, and sense of urgency are also recommended.


Essential Functions:


  • Receive and respond to distributors inquiries about Hogan´s platforms (Halo, Configure, HTP, Hogan E-pay).
  • Receive and respond to distributors requests regarding on-going projects.
  • Develop a complete understanding of all Hogan systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Participate in planning and prioritizing process to execute projects.
  • Provide timely and effective support to Regional Directors and distributors.
  • Work with Regional Directors and Sr. Consultants on projects specific to each region.
  • Respond to inbound international leads and manage lead distribution for the network.
  • Document and track client account activities in customer and contract databases.
  • Deliver high-quality service in times of heavy workloads and ambiguous situations.
  • Educate and enable distributors to use Hogan resources, databases, and systems to manage part of their inquiries as a self-service.

Requirements:

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • 2-3 years in professional environment preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in management or business required.
  • International business experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • English Language required.
  • Chinese language preferred.


Work Environment/Physical Demands

While performing these duties, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; lift up to 20 pounds. This position routinely uses standard office equipment.



Position Type and Expected Hours of Work


This is a full-time position; typical hours and days are Monday through Friday, 2.00 pm to 11.pm. Central Standard Time – US. Some flexibility in hours is allowed with approval. Employee must work 30 or more hours per week to maintain full-time status.
