Reputable and dynamic litigation law firm seeking an experienced and skilled Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team. As a Litigation Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting their attorneys and contributing to the success of the firm.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to attorneys in litigation matters
Prepare and organize legal documents, pleadings, and exhibits
Manage and maintain accurate records and files
Assist with discovery, document production, and document review
Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and trials
Prepare and serve subpoenas, notices, and other legal documents
Collaborate with attorneys to prepare legal briefs, motions, and memoranda
E-file in State and Federal Courts
Assist with trial preparation and presentation
Perform other litigation support tasks as needed
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal
Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
High attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with legal procedures, rules, and protocols
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
