Lead month-end closing process, perform month-end journal entries, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
Conduct bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly financial reports for management.
Support annual financial statement audit, prepare required schedules and compile data to support audit requests.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual sales & use tax returns, property tax returns and other reporting required by governmental entities in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist Controller with annual budget process.
Assist Accounts Payable with proper GL coding of invoices.
Work on special projects and/or prepare ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
