Salary: $50K to 60K range - commensurate with years of experience?

In this newly created role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the creation of marketing content, campaigns, and initiatives that promote Kurita as a global brand committed to corporate responsibility and sustainability. This may include the development of editorial, email campaigns, social media, videos, website content coordination, literature, sales tools, etc.

Serving both internal and external audiences, the candidate will be part of the local and international marketing teams that support our work in North America and across the globe. The role will also require collaboration with our Human Resources team to help promote corporate social responsibility in the areas relating to Kurita’s ethical, sustainable, and environmental responsibilities. The scope of this position will also entail communicating and executing aspects of Kurita’s corporate social responsibility initiatives as well as working with a team of five marketing professionals to effectively market and support various products, services, events, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal subject matter experts to develop sales and/or product support tools, literature, and capabilities presentations
  • Assist internal departments with content creation (and sharing of key messages on internal SharePoint site)
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with global counterparts on key initiatives and communications
  • Develop specific content for corporate responsibility and sustainability
  • Identify and champion corporate social responsibility-focused events & activities
  • Help promote the company’s philanthropic activities within the local community
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, digital marketing, graphic design, or related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience in developing digital marketing content
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Excellent communications skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, email and social media metrics
  • Experience in B2B work environment
  • Experience with video editing software preferred
  • Must be a highly organized multi-tasker with strong attention to detail who will thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge or passion for corporate responsibility and sustainability preferred.
