Overview
Sev1Tech is seeking IT Interns to join our growing team in Woodbridge, VA. The ideal candidate is enrolled in a degree-seeking program and looking to work in the Corporates IT field. The successful candidate would be mentored by our dynamic team of IT professionals while supporting a range of projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the IT team with installing, upgrading and maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support to the general user community including plant management
Organize and maintain IT resources
Lend IT support in daily activities
Perform additional duties as required
Responsibilities
A current or College Student
Knowledge of IT principles and applications
Experience and expert knowledge in Microsoft Office products
Experience in customer service
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in teams
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Strong aptitude for understanding hardware/software engineering concepts
