RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Senior Payroll Analyst in North Andover, MA.

Duties:

• Senior Payroll Analyst will manage daily payroll and operations


• Handle all inquiries regarding, Payroll related question for managers and have solutions for them in a timely manner


• Handle all claim inquiries and verification regarding employment and insurance


• Reconcile any discrepancies


• Essential to lead and administer Canada Payroll Processing


• Help assist with Audits and all other year end reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accounting or Management or equivalent with work experience


• 5 years of minimum experience with Canadian payroll processing also multi-State payrolls


• Knowledge of ERP, HRIS and Time & Attendance systems; Workday, UKG Pro and/or UTA


• Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting of online timekeeping system with the ability to interpret and understand complex calculations of pay policies


• Team oriented and supportive leadership to employees

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
