Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client is looking to add an FP&A Analyst to their team for a three-to-four-month contract assignment. This position is hybrid onsite with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday onsite in North Scottsdale, AZ.

FP&A Analyst Day to Day Duties:

• UAT testing on upgrades to IT Financial Management software


• Balance sheet reconciliation clean-up for capital labor (lower-level balance sheet reconciliation)


• Assisting where possible with board forecasts


• Miscellaneous forecasting


• Reconciling internal and external labor


• Working on Q3 Depreciation forecast including file clean up


• Enhancing the revenue forecast for various CA accounts


• Enhancing other models (capital), reporting, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent; MBA preferred


• 1-3 years with FP&A related experience


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel (financial modeling and analytical techniques including Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint


• Understanding of corporate financial planning, reporting & analysis, and costing/profitability methodologies and processes


• Knowledge of common business and cost drivers, financial statement analysis, and deep-dive analysis


• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills


• Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency


• Self-motivated, is able to work independently yet seeks support when needed

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
