Receives room list from supervisor
Responsible for cleaning rooms within eight hour shift
Ability to lift and move approximately 25 pounds
Ability to clean and fully stock Housekeeping carts weighing up to a minimum of 100 lbs and up to 140 pounds to completely supply and clean assigned rooms
Ability to bend, squat, kneel, climb and reach continuously on a daily basis to clean guestrooms
Checks under mattress and under bed for forgotten item, if checkout
Cleans mirrors and doorknobs
Makes sure all checkouts have a "Make up Room" sign and a Room Service menu.
Sprays air freshener in room
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. The employee is expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description
