Performs functions as directed by clinic management. Screens calls, welcomes, and rooms patients consistent with clinic needs. Handles basic, noncomplex inquiries. May keep patients informed of delays and progress of clinical appointments.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a clinical office environment.
