Job Description:

The Digital Systems Analyst will be responsible for data quality assurance and software testing efforts for the Refinish Color Software team to ensure the delivery of sound software solutions to more than 20,000 customers in the USCA (U.S. and Canada) region.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for data quality assurance and application testing of all customer software releases and updates for PaintManager Legacy, PaintManager XI and LINQ Color software.


• Work with team members to ensure data integrity


• Manage relationships with team members in other groups to ensure efficient delivery of data needs.


• Test all customer facing Color Software applications.


• Ensure that Color Software products meet organizational standards and end-user requirements.


• Coordinate with the USCA Color Experts to ensure that User Acceptance Testing is being performed and signed off on the release.


• Identify opportunities for QA improvements and perform implementation of those opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems or Computer Science; OR equivalent work experience.


• 2+ years of experience in a software testing role.


• Experienced in Test Case Development.


• Must be familiar with software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
