Job Description:

Location: Harrisonburg, VA

Salary: $120,000.00 USD Annually - $135,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
A growing food company located near Harrisonburg, VA is currently searching for a Maintenance Manager with poultry experience.


In return, the company offers a good starting salary, excellent benefits and relocation if needed


Salary range for this position is $120-135k plus 20% bonus


Qualifications & Requirements:


-Minimum of 6 years' experience in food production maintenance


-4+ years maintenance supervisor or superintendent experience


-Experience in poultry


-Experience with procession equipment, PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics


-Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others


-Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
