Accounting Specialist

Job Summary:



The Accounting Specialist manages accounting records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and compliance. They ensure accurate transaction recording, account reconciliation, and financial reporting. Additionally, they serve as a resource for employee inquiries related to payroll and accounts payable processes.



Qualifications:



Education:


Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).


Experience:


3 years of hands-on accounting experience, proficiency with general ledger, payroll, and compliance. Healthcare experience is preferred.


Skills:


Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
