Job Description:
The Learning Specialist II is responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning experiences for employees, aligning with organizational goals, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications & Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilitating learning sessions, curating content, for curriculum development, participating in or leading consulting intake conversations, preferably in diverse organizational settings. Experience working with subject matter experts and instructional designers.
