ATTRIBUTES
At least five (5) years of experience in the Financial Planning & Analysis or Finance sectors
At least four (4) years of experience in managing professionals in a finance field
At least three years in a position equivalent to a director or higher responsibilities
Effective communication skills both orally and written
Excellent computer skills with a strong attention to detail
Strong project and time management skills
Exceptional analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Budget Management. Coordinate the system-wide annual operating process, including the collection, review and approval of the corporate budget package; ensure adherence to established departmental budget; assist senior management with financial planning
Analysis & Oversight. Work with Financial Leaders to analyze various financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budget; conduct variance and performance analysis
Resource Development. Develop cost and operational benchmarking tools to identify and implement performance improvement efforts; create performance metrics, dashboards and forecasting tools that help the organization focus on key performance drivers
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
PAY RANGE: $100,000.00 - $133,750.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
