WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Data Services Sales Support Specialist
The Data Services Sales Support Specialist will conduct onboarding and provide overall system and data management support to Data Services customers, as well as generate sales leads and provide internal, administrative support to the Data Services sales team.

This is a full-time, remote position, and applicants can be located in either the United States or Canada.

WHAT YOU’LL DO


  • Answer general/specific questions about the company’s products/services for customers and internal teams to drive sales and support existing accounts


  • Provide customer support including systems questions and resolving product/service issues, troubleshooting, and providing ongoing technical assistance to customers


  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communications


  • Convert general inquiries into sales leads; may act as sales representative in response to inquiries from independent practices


  • Process enrollments, forms, and requests through the appropriate systems


  • Manage product and service subscriptions, including billing, payments, and service cancellations 


  • Conduct reviews of data and analytics reports and products with customers 


WHAT YOU BRING


  • At least 2 years related work experience in sales operations/administration


  • Associate’s degree in related field, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education


  • Experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating a strong customer focus


  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to develop professional relationships


  • Data savvy, comfortable with numbers and data


  • Highly collaborative, motivated, and focused on the needs of customers


  • Able to work with cross-functional teams within the organization, as well as work independently


  • Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and highly organized

Pay range (US based applicants): $22.90 - $29.00 (per hour)

Pay range (CAD based applicants): $22.26 - $28.00 (per hour)

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, certifications, relevant education and training, while also considering internal equity.
