Manufacturing Tester/Troubleshooter for Lincoln Foodservice
Responsibilities:
Perform end-of-line acceptance testing on all Lincoln products checking that the products perform to Engineering and Quality Control specifications. This includes electrical and gas testing.
Troubleshoot and repair products that do not perform properly.
Spot check line assemblies for quality.
Keep track of most common Quality Control issues during manufacturing.
Keep a record of EOL issues or failures and report to the Assembly Team Leader and Quality Control daily.
Work with Engineering, Quality Control and Technical Service to test prototypes and analyze warranty issues.
Perform warranty work on equipment. Double check warranty issues with quality inspections and create reports.
Travel to the field for field tests or special customer visits.
Identify patterns in field failures.
Required Skills
Knowledge of working with high voltage, single and three phase electrical power
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
Knowledge and comfortable using electrical test equipment such as Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, thermometers, manometers and gas leak testers
Training in troubleshooting complex electrical systems
Know how to use basic functions of Word, Excel and Outlook
Work Environment
The work is on the factory floor or in customer kitchens.
