Job Duties:
Keep constant relations with budget owners/supervisors to manage Opex budget by forecasting monthly expected spend.
Analyze Opex monthly to track budget, extract LoE actuals from Finance report, create reports from SAP to review expenditure.
Create and request reclasses as needed to align Material Groups spend vs budget.
Inform budget owners/supervisors of monthly spend to understand budget deviations.
Create and present monthly LoE performance presentation to management.
Create LoE Anaplan Report when requested by Performance Management Group.
Meet with budget owners/supervisors to confirm spend for accruals.
Develop monthly LoE accruals. Create SAP Report and Accruals spreadsheet, analyze spend, reclass as needed.
Other Opex duties as assigned.
Gather operations weekly schedules to keep track of scheduled hours accuracy. Reporting to management prior week performance and following week schedule.
Coordinate and obtain approval of the Integral Schedule.
Education and Qualifications:
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 years of relevant experience about Cathodic Protection Systems in pipelines.
Ability to prioritize assignments, deal with interruptions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
