Position Summary:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and evaluating new processes to enhance our manufacturing capabilities. From identifying opportunities for process improvement to mentoring entry-level engineers, your contributions will directly impact our productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop innovative solutions to complex engineering and manufacturing challenges.
Apply Lean manufacturing principles to refine and enhance processes across all areas of production.
Ensure product and process quality by designing testing methods and establishing standards.
Collaborate with suppliers and production technicians to implement effective solutions.
Prepare documentation for new manufacturing processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in CAD software, with a preference for Unigraphics.
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on capabilities.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
Experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and project management is preferred.
