Ultimate Staffing is looking for Customer Service Representatives for a client located in the West St. Louis County area. Ideal candidates will have experience in answering large volumes of calls in a healthcare setting.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: West St. Louis County
Status: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Mon - Fri 9 am to 6 pm or 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Compensation: $18-20/hr
Overview:
Customer Service Reps assist customers with drug benefit related questions and all front-line inbound and outbound calls.
Ensure all customers receive an excellent level of customer service.
Follows established procedures, processes and standards for production, productivity, quality, and customer service.
Meets specific performance targets for speed, efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical customer service/call center environment (excluding home healthcare).
Proven record of providing top customer service to customers.
Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
