Summary:
In collaboration with Department Managers and Team Leaders, create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) documents. Coordinate, develop, track and report on associate training programs. Compile, analyze and report on associate performance metrics. Design, develop, and maintain Labor Management, Safety, and Training Databases to track and report on a variety of associate performance metrics.
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years as a Training Assistant or administrative assistant. Experience designing, developing and maintaining databases required. Previous experience working in a Distribution environment preferred. Experience as a key member of safety programs is preferred.
Physical Requirements/Environmental Factors: Position will require time spent in the Warehouse, to include standing for extended periods of time.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Must have Train the Trainer certification. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel and Word. Experience using web based applications. Must have proven leadership skills, demonstrated dependability and a strong work ethic. Previous experience with LMS system preferred. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must work well with various internal departments. Bilingual preferred.
