General Summary:


The Manager, IT Technical Analyst is responsible for providing technical support, analyzing, and resolving IT issues, and implementing solutions to enhance the company's IT infrastructure utilization and improve service availability.



Duties and Responsibilities:


1. Evaluate opportunities of IT Infrastructure capacity optimization on hardware & software allocation and usage.

2. Analyze and address the resolution of IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve IT processes and systems.

4. Monitor and maintain the performance, SLA's, and security of IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications.

5. Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.

6. Conduct research on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our service availability in IT infrastructure environment.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve IT operations and support services.

8. Work in collaboration with monitoring team and address the findings with IT Infrastructure and/or IT Application teams.

9. Perform all other duties as assigned.



Knowledge and Skills:


• Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security.

• Proficient in troubleshooting IT issues and performing root cause analysis.

• Possess a proactive approach to solve issues.

• Solid experience with ITIL framework and service management best practices is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with end-users and stakeholders.

• Experience in IT Infrastructure & Application monitoring tools (e.g. SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.)

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.



Qualifications



• Minimum 8 years of experience as an IT Technical Analyst or similar role.

• Prior experience supporting enterprise IT Infrastructure environment.

• Proven experience analyzing IT Enterprise service performance and delivering solutions that improve continuity and availability.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are desirable (but not required).



Physical Requirements and Working Condition:


Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an at home and office environment.
