Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a fully remote Machine Learning.

Responsibilities:
In new product design roles:


  • Develops and programs integrated software algorithms to structure, analyze and leverage data in product and systems applications in both structured and unstructured environments

  • Develops and communicates descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive insights/algorithms

In product/systems improvement projects:

  • Uses machine language and statistical modeling techniques such as decision trees, logistic regression, Bayesian analysis and others to develop and evaluate algorithms to improve product/system performance, quality, data management and accuracy

  • In both theoretical development environments and specific product design, implementation, and improvement environments, uses current programming language and technologies to translate algorithms and technical specifications into code

  • Completes programming and implements efficiencies, performs testing and debugging

  • Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance

  • Applies deep learning technologies to give computers the capability to visualize, learn and respond to complex situations

  • Adapts machine learning to areas such as virtual reality, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, robotics, and other products that allow users to have an interactive experience

  • Can work with large scale computing frameworks, data analysis systems and modeling environments







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of directly relevant work experience; Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 years; Masters + 4 years; Associates degree + 6 years; High School/GED + 7 years

  • Hands on experience and production level

  • Engineering background, not a data scientist

  • Exposure to GenAI tools and capabilities will be a plus

  • Tools: Spark, Python, ML Algorithms/MLOps, SQL, Airflow, Sagemaker, AWS, GitHub, version control

  • Exposure to GenAI tools and capabilities will be a plus

Interview:

  • 3 rounds

  • Screening, Technical Interview, and a Panel with other team members






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
