Job Description:

The first 3 letters in workplace safety are Y-O-U!TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager- New Installation/Modernization in Charlotte, NC.Responsible for successfully managing all facets of new installation and modernization projects meeting both customer expectations and branch profit projections.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


  • Review all bids by working in coordination with the sales team

  • Respond to customer questions, issues & requests

  • Order and track materials and factory parts; includes controlling costs

  • Proactively support a safe working environment for all employees

  • Perform job site audits and quality control activities

  • Close out jobs by ensuring that all costs have been correctly applied


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or Technology field preferred

  • Minimum 7+ years' experience coordinating and/supporting business projects.

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification required. Exception: if in process of gaining, must be completed within first year of employment.

  • Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, preferred.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or Technology field preferred
