SUMMARY:
The District Manager oversees Area Managers and other field personnel to ensure that customer needs are fulfilled on time and with the proper equipment and personnel.
JOB DUTIES:
Ensures that Imperative is providing quality service to our customers and ensures job performance is satisfactory
Ensures that monthly treating, deliveries and servicing of customer assets are performed, and they are complete and accurate so that billing and financials are validated
Support in inventory and fleet management
Responsible for the design and modification of treating schedules and routes and ordering of parts to ensure employees complete daily assignments
Ensures that all customer reports are complete, accurate and provided timely to customers on a regular basis
Participate in monthly failure and chemical cost review meetings where needed
Ability to interpret lab data and make or oversee customer recommendations
Ensures that employees are following proper HR and/or HSE processes and procedures
Maintain compliance with company goals for operational and financial metrics
Maintain and build relationships with current and potential customers

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE:
High School Diploma or Equivalent; College degree preferred
8+ years of applicable industry experience with a minimum of 5 years in the chemical field
Acceptable driving record for a minimum of 3 years
Knowledge and understanding of chemical processes and utilization in yard and field operations
