As a Senior Administrative Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare operations and ensuring flawless administrative processes. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of highly motivated professionals and make a real impact on the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of our healthcare facility
Develop and implement efficient systems and procedures to streamline administrative processes
Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs and successfully recruit and onboard new employees
Monitor and evaluate the performance of administrative staff, providing feedback and coaching as necessary
Serve as a liaison between different departments, facilitating effective communication and coordination
Manage budgets and financial resources, ensuring strict adherence to financial policies and procedures
Assist in conducting research and analysis to support decision-making processes and contribute to important planning initiatives.
Stay informed about current industry trends and advancements, recognizing areas where improvement and innovation can be pursued.
Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous learning within the administrative team
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in administrative management, preferably in a healthcare setting
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and inspire a team
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strict attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
