Our client is seeking a Principal .NET Consultants in Roswell, GA.


Role Description


We are seeking three experienced Principal Consultants with a strong .NET background, and expertise in cloud technologies. As a Principal Consultant, you will play a key role in leading complex software development projects, providing technical guidance and expertise to clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our consulting practice.


Responsibilities:
• Lead and deliver large-scale software development projects, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet client needs
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Design and develop software solutions using .NET, C#, and front-end technologies
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our services and solutions
• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty


Skills & Requirements


Requirements:
• 4-10 years of professional experience
• Prior experience as a professional consultant is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Cloud certification (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) or practical, provable cloud experience
• Strong .NET and C# background, with experience in software development and design
• Front-end exposure and experience with modern web development technologies
• Proven experience in software design, with the ability to create high-level designs and architectures
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4-10 years of experience in software development and consulting
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
• Familiarity with cloud-native application development
• Experience with containerization (e.g. Docker) and orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes)
