The Learning Senior Advisor is responsible for consulting with business subject matter experts and leaders on learning requests through performance consultation and by conducting a training needs analysis / assessment to identify the performance and/or skill gaps.
Based on the completed analysis, the Learning Advisor is responsible creating learning experiences and incorporating modernized solutions aligned to the 70/20/10 Learning Model and that has measurable performance outcomes. Types of solutions may include e-learnings, self-paced learning solutions, multimedia, virtual and instructor-led training materials, curated learning resources, and job aids.
Learning needs to be individualized, accessible, relevant and actionable to support our employees throughout their career development and delivers the rights skills at the right time. Key outcomes of these goals include: 1) Organizational talent is skilled in the key capabilities that will drive our business forward and; 2) Enable a learning culture where employees easily access learning to do their jobs and grow their careers.
