Job Description:

Overhead Door Company of Nashville™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking to hire a Dispatcher/Manager Trainee. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a foot in the door in operations management. If you have an education or experience in project management, scheduling, dispatching, administration, or customer service, please apply!

Job Responsibilities:

• Over time, will have the opportunity to directly impact and shape the business


• Manage operational activities while ensuring customer satisfaction with our work


• Work with Sr. Management to learn how to establish budgets and how to efficiently manage labor costs


• Improve individual performance of the employees you manage through coaching, scorecard reviews, and yearly performance reviews


• Over time, will evaluate and make suggestions to improve operational processes and procedures


• Will train in hiring, training and developing new employees


• Proactively communicate with customers and be willing to solve problems


• Other duties as assigned

 Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent


• Proven ability to implement process improvements


• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills with mechanical and mathematical aptitude


• Ability to effectively communicate and represent the company in a professional manner
