In this exciting role as a Quality Systems Program Manager, you will have responsibility for the CRM Quality System including the Quality Manual, Quality Plan, and Quality Management Reviews. This role ensures the health of the CRM Quality System with responsibility for the annual CRM Quality Plan including KPIs and strategic initiatives. Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing quarterly Quality Management Reviews for CRM including process area governance, ongoing data monitoring, issue identification, and escalation. This role requires the ability to collaborate with leaders across the CRM organization, enterprise, and internal supplier organizations.

Our Cardiac Rhythm Management Integrated Operating Unit offers devices and therapies that treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms and heart failure.

We are comprised of three key businesses: Cardiac Pacing Therapies, Cardiovascular Diagnostics & Services, and Defibrillation Solutions. Together, we will transform the lives of people with cardiac arrhythmias and heart failure.

This position is in Mounds View, MN. within the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) operating unit and requires on-site presence three days a week.

A Day in the Life

In general, the following responsibilities apply to the Quality Systems Program Manager role. This includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the CRM Quality Manual. Also responsible for the annual CRM Quality Plan including the process and governance that ensures the health of the quality system; in addition, responsible for ensuring compliance with procedures and policies and that the performance and quality of processes conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines.

• Responsible for managing and executing CRM Quality Management Review on a quarterly basis and collaborating with leaders across CRM and internal supplier organizations to ensure a thorough and compliant assessment of the CRM Quality System.

• Works directly with operating entities and other functions to provide process analyses oversight on a continuing basis to enforce regulations and meet requirements specifically for the CRM Quality Manual, Quality Plan, and Quality Management Review.

• Participates in audits and inspections as a subject matter expert for the CRM Quality Manual, Quality Plan, and Quality Management Review.

• Works cross-functionally with leaders to assess potential issues and take appropriate action as needed, including process changes, governance changes, and/or corrective and preventive action.

MUST HAVE - MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, engineering, math, or technical discipline and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have

• Direct experience with quality planning and quality management review

• Experience in medical device, pharma, or combo products

• Experience leading organizational change

• Experience in quality system design

• Experience with Cardiac Rhythm Management products

The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations).The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience,certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.

Base pay is based on numerous factors and may vary depending on job-relatedknowledge, skills, and experience .
