Our fast-paced physical Shipping/Receiving roles involve performing order fulfillment, packaging, receiving, and shipment duties. You will work on scheduling orders, ensuring accuracy of packaging products, and scanning bar codes within our various logistics systems. In addition, this person is responsible for working with other employees and departments to resolve shipping and receiving matters, so your teamwork skills are essential.

Shifts available:




  • 1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 7:30am - 4:00pm





How YOU will make an impact:




  • Ensure shipments are properly packaged, identified with shipping information, and ready for shipment.

  • Schedule orders and ensure accuracy of packaging products, double boxing, and palletizing.

  • Prepare bill of ladings and waybills for international and domestic shipments.







  • Complete daily inbound receiving of product and packages and notifies recipients accordingly.

  • Scans barcodes of shipping modules to our SAP, UPS, or FedEx systems.

  • Other duties as assigned and as stated in the full job description.





You'll also need to be able to:




  • Perform within a changing workload and/or priorities and meet order schedules with quality results.

  • Be forklift certified or wiling to be trained and certified on safe forklift operation through our company sponsored program.

  • Read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to this position, written instructions, shipping orders, department paperwork, procedures, safety warning labels and placards, and safety related information.

  • Be detail-oriented and a self-starter with strong organizational and motivational skills; Excellent verbal/written communication skills are essential.

  • Frequently lift/carry and push/pull 25 - 50 pounds.





Qualifications to be successful:




  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

  • Dependable; maintain regular and punctual attendance.

  • Good understanding of basic/fundamental warehouse shipping and receiving procedures.







  • Ability and interest in learning and using new skills; Flexibility and the desire to take on additional responsibility.





Day to day environment:




  • SAFE & clean environment.

  • Dress Code - Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required.







  • You'll be working around large machines, pallet jacks, and forklifts.

  • Climate control temperatures and all work is conducted inside.
