Salary: $45.00 USD Hourly - $55.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Electrical Engineer 2
Join a dynamic engineering team developing the next generation of In-Flight Entertainment systems. Your responsibilities will include: Developing new power supply solutions to provide on-board power and in-flight entertainment hardware including AC/DC Power supplies and high-voltage DC/DC converters (LLC and flyback). As part of this job, you will be responsible for the design, testing, and documentation.


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• 
  


• Power control for USB Type C and Power Delivery 2.0.


• PFC, LLC, and Inverter designs.


• DSP or FPGA-base design, especially for power converter control.


• Hardware development and planning including layout, analysis, evaluation, prototype build, and test.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 
  


• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (MS in Electrical Engineering preferred).


• Three to six years of experience in areas such as higher mathematics, electronics, and circuit design.


• Hands-on experience with analog simulators.


• Two or more years of experience with at least two of the following:


• o Design of AC/DC Power supplies.


• o Power Factor Correction o High-voltage DC/DC converters (LLC and flyback).


• o Power control for USB Type C and Power Delivery 2.0.


• o DSP or FPGA-based design, especially for power converter control.
