iKids Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics has an exciting opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team! As the primary point of contact for our practice, the Front Desk Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations in the front office. Responsibilities:
Manage all front office functions to ensure a positive experience for patients, parents, and guardians.Prioritize patient satisfaction and address inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.Coordinate appointments and manage scheduling efficiently.Maintain organized and accurate patient records.Assist with insurance verification and billing as needed.Provide support to other team members as required.Ability to travel between multiple locations.
Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.At least 2 years of experience in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service.Bilingual proficiency preferred.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Customer service-oriented with a pleasant demeanor at all times.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Outstanding organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize job duties effectively.Proficiency in PC skills and willingness to learn new programs as required.
