Responsibilities:
Welcome and check-in patients with warmth and professionalism.
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using Denticon software.
Verify patient information and insurance coverage accurately.
Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
Assist patients with paperwork and insurance claims.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Communicate effectively with patients and team members in both English and Spanish.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations.

Requirements:
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred.
Familiarity with Denticon or similar dental software preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
