JOB DUTIES:
Experienced full line mechanic preferredReport directly to the lead mechanicInspect machines, engines, transmissions and run diagnostic tests to discover functionally issuesCheck daily calls or emails from Lead mechanic on equipment issuesSend PO request with full requirements for parts neededMake sure to have the basic hand tools to complete task in a safe and timely mannerCheck with Lead mechanic on repair time frame and completion of repairsRepairing and performing preventative maintenance on primarily heavy-duty trucks and trailers, but may work on a variety of other vehicles and equipmentPerform thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment, and electronic systemsClean equipment area performing task and components of engines and apply correct lubricants if applicableConduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability and within a costly mannerTrack all repair receipts and conduct Repair Bill / Maintenance ReportProvide repair consultation to drivers, managers when called uponExperienced with triplex pumps, product transfer pumps, and chemical treating pumps

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE:
CDL A license is preferredWill be required to have some toolsWillingness to work in a dynamic and changing work environmentShould be available to work overtime, holidays, and weekends when necessarySuccessful candidate should be self-motivatedThis position will occasionally require overnight travel
