Global is seeking a skilled and experienced Manager of Data Analytics to lead our Data Analytics team. S/he will be primarily responsible for overseeing the development implementation, and optimization of data-driven strategies to drive business growth and decision-making. The Manager of Data Analytics will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions, analyze complex datasets, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities will include:
Quickly acquire a working knowledge of the Global data and processes.
Lead and manage a team of Data and BI Analysts, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
Manage BI product offerings for internal and external users including dashboards and analytical reporting.
Collaborate with product management to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics for measuring success for project implementations.
Engage with Data Engineering team on new ETL pipeline requirements based on internal / external data requests.
Translate data findings into actionable recommendations and strategic insights for decision-makers.
Monitor internal and external report usage to offer insights to business partners.
Required Skills and Abilities
Strong analytical skills.
Product/Project Management skills would be a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Position will be physically located in Tulsa, Dallas or Phoenix.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in data analytics role, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position.
