A full-time Senior Premium Billing Specialist position in Oklahoma City. Salary range $19-$21 per hour determined based on experience and internal salary equity. Candidates who complete Spanish certification will receive an increase in hourly pay. What you’ll do:

The Senior Premium Billing Specialist manages diverse responsibilities including handling billing inquiries, analyzing complex accounts, and ensuring accurate billing records. They engage with policyholders, agents, and internal teams through various communication channels. Duties encompass processing payroll reports, resolving billing discrepancies, initiating payment disbursements, and preparing detailed reports. Additionally, they oversee payment plans, monitor electronic fund transfers, and facilitate policy cancellations or reinstatements. This role involves training new staff and undertaking special projects of differing complexities.

Who we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or GED required.


• 2 years of business office or accounting experience with 2 years of insurance billing experience required, preferably with Guidewire systems. Advanced education may be considered in lieu of work experience.


• Experience in the maintenance, analysis and reconciliation of insurance premium billing or underwriting of insurance experience preferred. 


• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
