The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Supply Planning Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Planning and executing supply chain functions for Manufactured Finished Goods, Purchased Finished Goods and SubContracting


• Lead Master Schedule Plant Reviews with manufacturing plants by reviewing output, inventory, and constraints. Taking that information and making decisions that resolve situations quickly


• Proficiency in running data analytics that drive decision making to meet Key Performance Indicators of a Top Tier Company


• Drive results that lower backorder, increase OTIF, optimize inventory and improve service to end customers, distributors, hospitals and surgery centers


• Willingness to learn and grow in Supply Planning utilizing ERP systems, AI and Microsoft 365 applications

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (2) years of including course work/internships (Supply Planning, Production Planning Sourcing, Intercompany or Transportation)

• High School Diploma/GED from AND (6) years of (Supply Planning, Production Planning Sourcing, Intercompany or Transportation)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• APICS CPIM Certification


• Will consider alternative experience in manufacturing plant, Intercompany Operations, Sourcing, and/or Transportation


• Action Oriented with proven results


• Strong system application proficiencies including Office 365, especially Excel, SAP ERP, Power BI


• Excellent communication written and verbal


• Strong Analytic skills leading to problem solving skills

Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Onboarding requirement travel to Maplewood, MN at least one (1) day per week))

Travel: May include up to >5%domestic

Relocation Assistance: Maybe authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $72,681 - $88,832, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
