POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Sales Loader Operator will be tasked with operating a sales loader safely and efficiently while maintaining a safety-first attitude. This position requires management resources to adhere to all company standards, policies, and procedures and comply with all federal and state regulations, including MSHA, OSHA, TCEQ, etc.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow safety rules, regulations, and procedures set forth by OSHA and Alleyton Resource Co. policies.
Safely perform pre-shift and post-shift inspections of equipment and the work area, complete daily equipment reports, and report unsafe equipment/situations to the supervisor or foreman.
Demonstrate the ability to safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment at all times.
Maintain good housekeeping practices in/on equipment and work area.
Assist maintenance personnel with plant repairs or preventative maintenance when needed.
Demonstrate a positive attitude & energy level and work as a team player.
Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
Ability to work in a confined area with other heavy equipment and ground personnel and be aware of the surrounding hazards during operation.

The position requires daily on-time attendance during scheduled shifts.
Reliable on-time transportation to/from work is of utmost importance.
Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
This position will be considered for work night shift roles if they become available. Evening and night shifts may be expected

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
A High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred. If you have prior experience operating a sales loader safely, you are preferred. General maintenance abilities are preferred. Proficient knowledge of MSHA/OSHA safety requirements is also preferred .
