Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Check data accuracy in referrals
  • Input activities into databases
  • Scheduling and dispatching drivers to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules or immediate needs
  • Speak with supervisors or employees to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment
  • Maintain and update sales and customer and patient records
  • Manage logistics for task list distribution
  • Develop and deliver various reports
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Stay up to date with new products and features
  • Maintains a professional appearance and appears in proper company uniform.
  • Assists in tracking down paperwork, signatures, charts, etc as needed to complete orders.
  • Promotes teamwork among co-workers, including in assisting respiratory therapists and patient care coordinator as needed.
  • Performs all office maintenance tasks as required.
  • Demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, sincerity and patience when dealing with patients/clients.
  • Market the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  • Assumes other duties within scope of training as assigned by the Oxygen Delivery Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience in an office setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to interact knowledgeably with employees and managers.
