Step into Your New Role
Kleinfelder is seeking a full-time, detail oriented, dynamic Administrative Specialist with at least 3 years of administrative experience to join the Redmond, WA team.
The ideal candidate will provide high level, proactive administrative support to their specific business unit or area of responsibility. Additionally, they will support respective teams with advanced administrative support and guidance related to Area requirements. The chosen candidate may coordinate assigned staff to ensure internal and external clients' expectations are met in a timely and satisfactory manner and will work autonomously with limited direction from the Supervisor/ Manager within specific guidelines and protocols on moderately complex assignments. They must be flexible as schedule demands, detail oriented, and must be a team player with a positive can-do attitude.

EXPERIENCE & ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or certification of skill in related field desired.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
Other Knowledge and Skills: Basic understanding of accounting practices such as invoicing, billing, accounts receivables, accounts payable, and other project related accounting principles. Solid communication skills and basic knowledge of company products and operations.

Benefits: Kleinfelder offers an excellent compensation and benefits package, including: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid holidays. The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the Washington Pay Transparency Law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Salary range: $41,755 - 69,551.
