Equifax Workforce Solutions is searching for a Senior Director, Product Management Leader for our Talent Solutions business. This position will be based in St. Louis, MO.

With data instantly sourced from The Work Number for more than 195 million unique individuals, we provide solutions to help instantly verify a candidate's employment history, identity, income and post-hire employment status. When needing to verify a candidate's education or enrollment status, we've partnered with National Student Clearinghouse providing a suite of education verification products using a candidate's Social Security Number (SSN). And with bundled delivery solutions, we help eliminate time-consuming, manual processes so employers can accelerate their hiring process.

The Talent Solutions Product Leader is responsible for the overall performance of the product, overseeing it from inception and ideation through design, build, launch, growth, enhancement and eventual sunset. Creates product roadmap and identifies delivery channels, direction of product and product development needs. Defines product requirements and collaborates with cross functional teams to bring products to market (D&A, technology, sales, fulfillment, product marketing, finance, legal).

What you'll do:


  • Achieves revenue and market share targets defined in fiscal year plans for products in area of responsibility.
  • Leads efforts in developing product and product line strategies, directions and recommendations as input to the overall company planning process.
  • Works with industry consultants, sales and customers to identify and establish appropriate product markets for short and long-term investment.
  • Oversees analysis of current and future markets, technology and competitive trends to support strategy, and product development.
  • Drives product life cycle analysis and determines life cycle position and value to the company.
  • Drives strategy and product plans based on results. Develops business plans and product line plans based on life cycle and market analysis, historical financial performance and competitive analysis.
  • Works with Finance, providing input to analysis regarding return on investment and profitability analysis.
  • Provides business planning guidance and counsel to senior management to support overall company objectives and communicates with other internal groups including engineering,technical communications, corporate communications, and customer service regarding product and market planning.
  • Provides input and direction in the development of market positioning for products and product lines, pricing, packaging, and product placement.
  • Supports sales force by providing current information on product developments and competitive market positioning.
  • Stays current with industry and market trends. Attends user group meetings, trade shows,and seminars as required to support product marketing programs.

What experience you need:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a B2B marketing role in a complex business environment, including extensive experience with go to market strategy development; experience as a team lead desired.
  • Must have an understanding of Marketing Planning, Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, traditional and new marketing tactics, channel marketing and the infrastructure and tools necessary to support these activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, management or similar field required; M.B.A. preferred or equivalent business experience.

What could set you apart:

  • Experience in the technology and/or data industries or working with technology and/or data-related products and services preferred.
  • Experience working in Human Capital Management solutions or HR Technology preferred; knowledge or the recruiting process is a plus.
  • Working in a highly matrixed organization is a plus.
