(Contingent upon available funding): 16.00 - 22.12, Hourly Work Schedule: 8-5 M-F, occasional evenings and weekends when needed Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary:

Research, purchase, inventory, setup, support, and decommission technology (computers, printers, cellphones, security cameras, etc..) used by departmental employees. Assist in developing training documentation, other duties as assigned.


This job requires working outside the normal scheduled hours for computer lab maintenance, and computer deployment.


This position requires the physical ability to lift and move computers, printers, monitors, etc. to stoop and crawl in order to connect cabling under and around desks, and occasionally to move furniture to connect equipment. It may also require climbing on a ladder to check security cameras that are mounted on ceilings. Daily typing required.

Minimum Qualifications:


High School/GED and four years of related experienceORHigh School/GED plus two years post-secondary education and two years related experience


In depth knowledge of Windows Operating Systems. Experience with MS Office 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud. Proficiency diagnosing and repairing laptop and desktop computer hardware.



Preferred Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in a related field


CompTia A+, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate


Experience with Android, ChromeOS, and OSX.
