What You Will Do:

The Implementation Specialist will work directly with Life Sciences customers subscribing to our transparency reporting tools. This includes serving as a project manager on implementations, providing customer support services for the tool, and supporting customers' data integration and configuration needs.

Key Responsibilities

· Partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders in the provision of the

implementation services and customer support, working closely with members of the team’s regulatory,

product and technical groups.

· Support multiple customer projects, which includes: (1) providing project management and

implementation guidance while interacting directly with customers; (2) providing timely and practical

advice and support for questions and concerns regarding implementation of our Life Sciences transparency products, product configuration and product utilization; and (3); providing basic technical and data support.

· Participate in multiple concurrent projects with independent timelines and deliverables; oversee and independently manage projects or core components of projects in collaboration with team members and report on status weekly; support management with oversight of project timelines and scope across multiple projects.

· Perform analysis on flat files and on data within applications; effectively leverage

tools such as Notepad, Excel and Access to review, analyze, and modify data sets; collaborate with

technical and business team members at PorzioLS and customer to facilitate deep understanding of data

and integration of data into PorzioLS’ systems.

· Establish procedures for customer UAT testing, including testing plans and scripts; oversee UAT

testing across implementations and coordinate with product team as necessary to address feedback from

testing; participate in product testing with the technical team related to existing and new product

functionality.

· Work closely with team management to design and document procedures for

implementing transparency products; assist with regular training on procedures.

Experience/Knowledge/Competencies You Will Need:

· A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

· A minimum of 2 years of experience working in or with life sciences companies in at least one of the following areas: commercial compliance, sales/commercial operations, or aggregate spend/transparency reporting; alternatively, candidates may have significant technical or customer support experience in order to qualify.

· A minimum of 4 years of experience implementing and/or supporting SaaS applications.

· A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other equivalent certification is strongly preferred.

· Priority will be given to candidates with one or more of the following: knowledge of the various U.S. laws and codes related to life sciences sales and marketing practices.

· Knowledge of the various global laws and codes related to life sciences sales and marketing practices.

· Experience in business/customer facing role and customer support.

· Project management experience.
