Who we want… (Requirements)

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and one year of related experience supporting construction or engineering efforts; or a minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must demonstrate a high level of computer literacy, including experience with AEC industry technology tools, an interest in evaluating new technology solutions and the ability to quickly adapt to changing technology environments.

Qualifications

What we expect… (Essential Functions)

  • Participate in weekly department meetings, including managing agendas, minutes, reporting and facilitating.
  • Develop and manage internal communications, documentation, and project management tools for Project Services team operations.
  • Assist the Project Services team in defining processes and communicating through the intranet SharePoint site.
  • Assist the Project Services team in the implementation of technology solutions including, training, problem solving and support to front line team members.
  • Assist the Project Services team in documenting, preparing reports/presentations and communicating to senior management and operations.
  • Assist the Project Services team in implementing strategies for Digital Transformation including tactic definitions and execution.
  • Assist the Project Services team in defining, documenting and implementing technology use cases.
  • Assist the Project Services team in defining Operation’s data points allowing development of integrated, accessible and actionable real time data.
  • Responsible for maintaining all Project Services related Standard Operations Procedures and all MIP documents.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
